Ah, closing gifts…
The perfect combination of doing something nice for your clients while also having a tax deductible expense for yourself. But what to give someone that you have only known a short while? Something that is personal, that they will use for years, not a flash in the pan (ahem, gift cards) that they will forget quickly. Something that is elegant and doesn't scream "advertising". Something that will almost always be out and available, and a reminder at just the right moment when a guest asks "hey, do you know a good realtor".

Below are pre-made packages for your future closing gifts. Each board will be shipped to you (or delivered personally if you are local) in my custom packaging, shown below, and engraved with your information on the bottom of the board. If you would like something other than, or in addition to, your information, please reach out and we can collaborate on a design.

Maple with Accent - $125
Hard maple face grain cutting board with a paduk accent. This board has rounded edges for easy handling and rubber feet on the bottom to elevate the board for easy lifting. 12” x 18” x 1.5”
Walnut End Grain - $325
All walnut end grain chef’s cutting board. The rich chocolate colors of these boards is truly stunning. End grain boards are better on knives, increasing the time between sharpening. These boards have a juice groove and handles on the side. 12”x18”x2”
Technicolor Board - $175
This is a face grain board containing stripes of wenge, walnut, paduk, cherry and maple. There is a steep chamfer on the bottom edge giving the board a modern look, and rubber feet on the bottom. 12”x18”x1.5”
Maple End Grain $225
All hard maple end grain chef’s cutting board. End grain boards are better on knives, increasing the time between sharpening. These boards have a juice groove and handles on the side. 12”x18”x2”
Wenge End Grain - $450
All wenge end grain chef’s cutting board. Wenge is a hard, tropical wood in a very deep, nearly black, brown. This is a premium board that is an heirloom piece. End grain boards are better on knives, increasing the time between sharpening. These boards have a juice groove and handles on the side. 12”x18”x2”
